No stormwater or waste water should flow into gulfs or bays unless under environmentally-established or otherwise safe conditions.
Notes
Stormwater and waste water are major pollutants in Gulf St Vincent and should not be allowed to flow into the gulf. Invasive species are a widespread problem, particularly from ships in ports and from discharges at sea.
